| One night deposit required with a one or two night stay. A two night deposit is required on holiday weekends and special event weekends, as well as three or more night stays. Holiday weekends require a three night minimum stay. |
| All cancellations require a seven day notice. Deposits will be refunded, less a $5.00 service fee, if cancelled within seven days. |
